Pre-computed covariance matrices of SNP dosages required for downstream TWAS analyses that rely on GWAS summary statistics. For single-tissue analysis, covariance data can be downloaded either as a single file containing all tissues (“all_covariances”) or as separate files for each individual tissue. For cross-tissue analysis, the joint covariance data (“joint_covariances”) can be used and are provided as a single, unified file.
